33rd NAI National Convention & Achievement Awards Held in New Delhi
New Delhi: The 33rd National Convention and NAI Achievement Awards 2025 were held at the NDMC Convention Centre, Sansad Marg, bringing together leading journalists, media professionals, and distinguished contributors from across India. The event celebrated courage, commitment, and excellence in journalism and public service.
 
Rajya Sabha MP and renowned scriptwriter Shri V. Vijayendra Prasad graced the ceremony as Chief Guest, praising journalists as the “first historians of every moment.” Dr. Sandeep Marwah, President of Marwah Studios, attended as Special Guest of Honour and delivered an inspiring address on the power and responsibility of the media.
 
NAI General Secretary Vipin Gaur highlighted that the association now represents a strong network of over 10,000 journalists across the country.

Aman Chopta – Best Editor
 
Amar Ujala – Best Newspaper
 
Sumit Chaudhary – Best Journalist (Foreign Affairs & War)
 
The News Pinch – Best Digital Media Platform
 
Ramesh Bhatt – Best News Anchor
 
Jitender Rana – Best Photo Journalist

 
Awards were also presented across sectors such as health, policing, research, filmmaking, and public service, recognizing individuals including Dr. Girish, DIG Hemanthraju (BSF), Prof. Rashid Hashmi, Dr. Savita Rayappa Holeppanavar, Ajay Pal Singh Tomar, Nimish Patil (IPS), and Venkatesh.
 
The convention concluded on a high note, celebrating the dedication of journalists nationwide and reaffirming NAI’s commitment to promoting ethical and responsible journalism.
